The view was stunning. The guide Gary outstanding. He loves what he does, is informative and takes care of everyone individually. The free time later on the beach was very nice; was better than a packed day. The food wasn't my thing, hardly any vegetables, there wasn't always water to drink, where soft drinks, coffee and alcohol (for a fee). There are tents on the beach for sun protection. I liked it very well.

A long day but we enjoyed it. The guides and crew were all nice. There were three downsides for me. (1) Query on the form for any dietary requirements. I am allergic to pepper / shellfish. When I came to get lunch there were chorizo sausages that are made with various spices, burgers which definitely had pepper ( my gums tingled on the first bite ) the chicken had pepper sprinkled over it, there were prawns and the rest was cheese and salad. So I was disappointed not to mention hungry! I saw a different company had provided nice lunches to their patrons in boxes, that's a much better idea to cater for individuals. (2) I understand about no glass on the beach drinkers were well catered for, plenty of that, alternates were sweet cider, soft drink or water. No wines which also come in cans or pouches (3) no fault of theirs but the seagulls were a constant nuisance and really spoiled lunch. Whitehaven and Hill Inlet? Gorgeous!! Chill, yes. Grill? Afraid not. Just my take.

Had a fab day out but overall don't think it was worth the money. We got a 2 hour ish boat to Whitehaven beach and then left immediately on another boat to see the swirling sand beaches. We stayed there for about 3 hours, just taking photos and swimming with our stinger suits on. Then returned to whithaven beach where we had lunch and about 3-4 hours free time to SUP, hike or sunbathe alone. The swirling beaches were amazing and so beautiful and our guide was lovely but really we got a small lunch and spent some time on the beach for $235 each. Our morning tea was 1 small slice of watermelon and a slice of orange. Lunch was delicious (burger and salad) but was taken away very quickly and no-one was offered seconds even though there was a lot of food left over. Afternoon tea was a small slice of pineapple and some grapes (if you got there on time). Unlimited drinks was for 30 minutes.
