  • Muay Thai Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium - VIP Entrance Ticket

    4. Muay Thai Rajadamnern Boxing Stadium - VIP Entrance Ticket

Muay Thai is one of the national sports of Thailand, an ancient martial art that has developed over the course of 500 years. A must-see if you visit Bangkok, the Muay Thai kickboxing fights allow you to experience the Thai culture from a very different perspective. You will be amazed by the vibrant atmosphere in the arena and enjoy the match from an extremely close position with the VIP seating, right next to the ring.  The Ratchadamnoen Stadium is the oldest and greatest boxing stadium, built in 1945, and has hosted important tournaments and more than 1500 fights. By joining this event, set yourself up to learn more about this traditional martial art, and its practices and techniques.

Really cool thing to do!!! We didn't know much about Muy Thai besides what we google before the event and still had an amazing time. It's not mentioned anywhere but the event can be up to 4 hours long with young kids (12 - 14) doing the opening and ending matches. We stayed for the entire event, but it seemed quit normal to show up late and leave early depending on your mood. The main match is in the middle. All the fighters (kids and adults) are super impressive and lightning fast! Plus you in the front so you see everything.

  • Muaythai Lumpinee Boxing Stadium - VIP Entrance Ticket

    5. Muaythai Lumpinee Boxing Stadium - VIP Entrance Ticket

Muaythai or Thai Boxing is Thailand's most important martial art and a big part of Thai culture. With this VIP ticket, you'll experience the unique atmosphere of a fight at Lumpinee Stadium, where hundreds of fans scream and cheer for their fighter. From your VIP seat, you'll have a great view of the fight, an impressive and violent combat where fighters use different parts of their body, like fists, elbows, knees or shins.  Lumpinee Stadium is one of Thailand's most famous and important stadiums. It's well-known by both locals and foreign fans of Muaythai because it's considered a symbol of modern Thai Boxing. Even though many tourists are excited and curious about this sport, the Lumpinee stadium is also a place where many locals come to enjoy their national sport.

Booked the ringside seats, it was a very good experience and a must do when in Bangkok. I’m not sure how this stadium stacks up against some of the others as this is the only one I have visited. The only thing I will say is that the main event isn’t the last event, the main event was in the middle which was slightly confusing. There are lots of snacks and a street vendor right outside the stadium. The ring side seats are quiet and mainly filled with tourists, if you want to get the proper experience sit with the local people who are gambling. Although I’d still go with the ringside seats as they are the best view.

  • Bangkok: Floating Market Tour by Bike and Boat with Lunch

    6. Bangkok: Floating Market Tour by Bike and Boat with Lunch

Meet your guide and cycle to the tour's first stop at a local fresh market where you’ll be able to taste some Thai fruits. Then you’ll continue cycling through a vibrant mix of local Thai communities including the Baan Bu Bronzework community. You’ll stop at interesting temples along the way, where your guide will talk about Buddhism and the history of the local communities. Once you arrive at Lad Mayom Floating Market, take some time to explore on your own and see the vibrant stalls selling everything from local Thai food to traditional Thai clothes. Afterwards have lunch and order a dish cooked on a tiny wooden boat anchored just next to your table. Next the bikes get loaded onto a traditional Thai teak wood boat and it’s time for a canal trip. While on the boat you’ll see the canal side lifestyle with its colorful scenery. If you’re lucky you might get a glimpse of a water monitor s...

This was my first bike tour ..and I loved every minute of the 7 hour tour through quiet suburban back streets and along canals and waterways away from the crowds. Jam is a fantastic guide and told us so much about the history of the places she took us: temples, markets, a floating market, and an orchid farm. She bought us tasty snacks from small stalls and lunch at tge floating market. Don't miss this fun and insightful tour of another side to Bangkok - run by real professionals.
