Full description

Take a journey into Westeros and see epic filming locations from the Game of Thrones TV series. Meet your guide near the Grand Opera House in the center of Belfast and drive via luxury coach to the locations of Game of Thrones. This is not only Northern Island’s original Game of Thrones tour but is also provided by the same team that transported the show’s cast and crew. Enter the Caves of Cushendun where the Red Priestess Melisandre gave birth to a Shadow Assassin. Even visit Braavos - locally known at Carnlough! Travel down the Dark Hedges, aka the King’s Road, where Arya Stark traveled with Gendry and Hot Pie hoping to reach the Night’s Watch. See Ballintory Harbor, which was used for exterior shots for both Pyke and the Iron Islands.

Marvel at the Giant’s Causeway, an area of 40,000 interlocking basalt columns which form a staircase. The ropebridge and the Giant’s Causeway haven’t appeared in Game of Thrones, but they would make excellent locations for your fan fiction.

Patrick was the BEST tour guide EVER!! Jokes were phenomenal. I've been on bus tours across Europe, this was definitely one of the best ones I've been on. Have I seen GoT? I haven't. However, that really didn't matter for me because the sights were incredible even without the connections made to the show. Fantastic place for lunch, perfect amount of time at every place, it didn't feel rushed at all. Really good amount of time walking around, exhausting day in the best way. I HIGHLY recommend.

We had a great day visiting GoT locations and the Giant's Causeway (which wasn't used when recording GoT, but most certainly worth visiting!). We took beautiful pictures and learned tons of interesting facts about Northern Ireland. We visited: - the caves where Melisandre gave birth to Stanley Baratheon's shadow, and also where Jamie fought Euron. - Kingsroad. - the place where Arya emerged after being stabbed. - Giant's Causeway - Two castles (only external sightseeing) - Several places pointed by our tour guide/bus driver while on the road. The places where we stopped to eat had great food!

Absolutely amazing. Patrick is the most amazing guide, filling the day with humour, history, insights and fun. Everything is so clearly laid out and the scenery is beautiful. Wonderful tour. Enough time at each stop to really enjoy the area, but not too much that it feels like the day is dragging on.
