Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, are short on time or just aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, PADI's one-day Discover Scuba Diving Experience is for you! The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience is an introductory course that allows you to see what diving is all about! We cover some basic theory here at Dive Centre Bondi, organise equipment and head off for a instructor-lead guided dive in the ocean (not a swimming pool!) to see some of Sydney’s fascinating marine life under the waves. With a 2:1 Student to instructor ratio you will have plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy your first experience scuba diving. We will meet at 9:30 am at Dive Centre Bondi to gather all the necessary equipment before heading out. Following a detailed safety and site briefing, we will go into the water for a dive that can last up to an hour. After that, we will pack up the gear and return to Dive Centre Bondi. The day will conclude around 1:00 pm.

Experience the fabulous Harbour City of Sydney with this private half-day tour where you will learn about the locals' lives and see how Sydney has thrived over many years to become a world renowned destination for international visitors. Starting the day with a hotel pick-up from our professional driver-guide, you will drive through The Rocks and Circular Quay. You will then continue your drive to Woolloomooloo, where you will see Cafe Harry De Wheels, home of the infamous ''Aussie Pies''. Next, your driver will take you to see St. Mary's Cathedral and Hyde Park, followed by a tour tour through Kings Cross, Double Bay and Rose Bay before arriving at Watsons Bay for a glance at the Macquarie Lighthouse. Your driver will drop you off at The Gap National Park where you will have time for coffee and a walk around the national park to enjoy the beautiful views. From May to November, you might even be lucky enough to spot a few whales migrating. Our last stop will be at Wendy Whiteley's Secret Garden where you will take a small walk before heading back to your hotel. Start your day with an Aussie coffee experience. Have your barista-made coffee and a hearty breakfast in one of the many cafes or in one of the barbecue areas in front of Bronte Beach. After your feed, you have the option of doing a spectacular coastal walk (approx 1km) from the lookout at Mark's Park in Tamarama to Bondi Beach or get dropped off at the shops in Bondi or head straight to the beach. You will have a bit of free time in Bondi. Drive from the Eastern Suburbs to the Northern Beaches. Your driver/guide will point out places of interest along the way. You will pass by the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, Spit Bridge and many different suburbs. Your first stop on the other side of the harbour is Freshwater. Learn about Australian surf culture and Surf Lifesaving Club with a local legend. Have a chef cooked Aussie barbecue lunch overlooking Freshwater Beach. After your sumptuous meal, you will have more photo opportunities as you do the short boardwalk on top of South Curl Curl and marvel at the scenic beach view. Next part of your tour is beer-tasting at one of the micro-breweries in Brookvale. Bump elbows with the locals as you try many different beers. After your refreshments, you will take a short drive to the lookouts in North Head. There are a couple of short walks you can do. After which, you will have an afternoon tea delight at a picturesque spot overlooking the city. The last stop is Manly Beach. Be charmed by another gem in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Walk through The Corso and have the option to explore the surrounding shops and pubs. At Manly Wharf, your guide will hand you your ticket for the iconic Manly ferry ride to Circular Quay as your tour concludes. Feel free to stay back, hangout and watch the sunset from Manly and catch the ferry to Circular Quay in your own time.
