This Etna trip is fantastic! I chose the guide very thoroughly and ended up with this one for several reasons. Pickup place: it was nice to have one close to an apartment we lived. Guide: Ernesto did a great job, he told us about geology and plenty of interesting facts! Route: it is very picturesque and full of terrific views. Length: very balanced duration. Complexity level: moderate, not too easy, but not too hard to enjoy the walk. Pros: tour team had everything prepared from hiking shoes to spare backpacks etc. (that was veeery handy).

We had Carlos - my favourite kind of guide. A great story teller knowledgeable AND felt like he wanted to get to know you - he truly enjoys his job. Tasted fabulous wines at Gambino winery and the winery som Nino did a great job making wine making accessible.

Incredible!! Such warm and helpful guides. We were a private group and they really tailored to our needs and our desired itinerary! Great English and really knowledgeable about Sicily and it’s history in general.
