Our tour led by Zeynep was a wonderful way to start our time in Florence! She did an excellent job at taking us through the main areas of the city, pointing out the highlights and most popular sites of the city. She also filled us in on the best local cuisine places/shopping places that are not tourist traps. 10/10 would recommend this tour!

They were punctual, kind and helpful. If you have one day to visit Florence and Pisa both, this tour is perfect for this. Kiara and our bus driver both very kind. Thanks to all.

Easy process to exchange online voucher for tickets. Very helpful staff. Excellent downloadable information app to use throughout the visit.

The cathedral is in many ways a "must", especially on the outside. The dome and the bell-tower are both worth the effort.

We don’t like the guide, he ran all the way and was not sympathy.
