Relax in the warmth of eight thermal whirlpools. Dip into the brine bath or outdoor swimming pools, all with a temperature of 36°C. Following a pickup in Kraków, the tour starts with a visit to the lovely village of Chochołów, comprised almost exclusively of the heritage Polish wooden houses. Visit a local museum and also the workshop of a folk artist in the village. Then, ride the cable car to the top of Mt. Gubałówka to see a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains.  After a short walk around the peak, return down to visit the oldest part of Zakopane town where the old cottages of the mountaineers still stand. Surrounded by ash trees and blackened by the sun, these wooden houses and churches were built in the Zakopane style by the remarkable Polish artist, Witkacy.  To better experience the true Zakopane atmosphere, take a walk along Krupowki Street lined with restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and souvenir shops. To complete your experience, visit the enormous regional market and take the chance to enjoy lunch in a restaurant serving local specialties.  If you wish to find out more about this unusual region, you can also visit the Tatra Museum. The last stop in Zakopane is the ski jump at Nosal followed by a beautiful chapel in Jaszczurowka with extraordinary stained glass window. You’ll then depart back to Kraków around 4 PM.

Delight in the festive atmosphere of Poland’s most famous winter resort with a full-day experience including a snowmobile tour and a horse-drawn sleigh ride, followed by a warming bonfire complete with local delicacies.  A driver will pick you up from your hotel in Kraków to take you to Zakopane, roughly a two-hour journey. When you get there, you’ll meet your instructor who will lead you on a three-hour snowmobile expedition through the beautiful scenery at the foot of the Tatra mountains.  After the snowmobile tour you have two hours of free time to explore the Gubałówka hill. Take the funicular down the mountain to see Zakopane, wander through its picturesque streets, and grab some lunch at a local restaurant. The next stop of your adventure will take place in Chochołowska Valley, one of the most spectacular valleys in the Tatra Mountains. We meet in the centre of Zakopane and go together by bus to the place, where a horse sleigh ride takes place. Relax on your torch-lit, horse-pulled sleigh as you admire views of snow-capped mountains, then venture through a winter forest and across scenic fields.  End the day with a warming bonfire, complete with folk music and regional delicacies like a homemade Bigos stew, sausages, and Oscypek, a local cheese. A driver will then take you back to your hotel.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Damian was fantastic, drove us to the location and was very friendly. Answered any questions and translated anything we needed. The dog sledding was an amazing experience I’ve not done before and getting to meet the dogs and spend time with them before hand was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend!

From the start to the finish was great. Damien the driver collected on time drove us safely there and waited while we had our experience. The dogs were friendly and well trained. They worked hard throughout. The instructors were helpful. Then Damien drove promptly back to our hotel.

Great trip, the treetop walk is a must see! thermal baths were very busy but a fun afternoon, Milo our driver was very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of local food recommendations. would recommend this trip to others
