Admire the tower of Glendalough, the wild beauty of the Wicklow Mountains, and the medieval city of Kilkenny on a full-day guided tour from Dublin.

Visit the monastic site of Glendalough. Hollywood Blockbusters like ‘P.S. I Love You’ and ‘Braveheart’ have been filmed here. Explore the area renowned for its ruins, magnificent lakes, and waterfalls. Finally, head over to a sheepdog farm and watch a sheepdog herd with his master. Look at the Border Collies using a tactic called “The Eye” on sheep. Witness a shepherd and his dog at work and watch how they herd a flock of sheep.

Very good organization. Our guide Brian is very attentive. He gave us a lot of information throughout the day. The site of Glendalough is magnificent, as are the mountains of Wicklow. The demonstration of the shepherd dogs was also very good and the shepherd very welcoming. A little disappointed with the city of Kilkenny as we were expecting a much more medieval city. But the visit to this city was still pleasant. Finally, Tomas is an excellent driver and the trip was very comfortable. We strongly recommend

The whole tour was so beautiful and the tour guide was really engaging and knowledgeable, I think his name was Marco. I liked that you could explore the areas on your own and then meet back at the bus, my favorite part was the sheep dog demonstration, learned so much on how they do all the work.

Thoroughly loved every part of the tour especially our tour guide Jacinta and driver Alex. They were incredibly friendly, courteous, organized and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed at all. There was lots of time to see and do stuff at each of the main stops. The tourbus was clean and air conditioned and made for an incredible, comfortable experience. This is a tour not to be missed as there is so much history and culture. Bring comfortable shoes for lots of walking/hiking.
