This tour was fantastic, our driver of the day was Brandon. His knowledge and history was impeccable, also he was very funny. The Scottish Highlands has some beautiful scenery. Brandon was asked by another passenger if he could locate a Longhorn Highland Cow. Brandon went off course to find the Cow, but still stayed on track for his timings. I would highly recommend this tour. Also at the end of the tour, due to bad weather, Brendon made sure we was dropped off near our accommodation, and not at the drop off point. Thank you, for making our tour memorable.

I travelled to Edinburgh for the day and immediately hopped onto one of the HOHO bus tours. My tour guide Gordon was super knowledgable and added so many snippets of his personal ties to the city, spanning back over family generations in Edinburgh. I especially enjoyed his passion for Scotland and the jokes he told on board the bus. It made getting a view of the city so easy and I felt so comfortable walking around afterwards and found my way around much easier after the tour. What a way to start the day!

You can get to some places on more than one bus, so you don’t necessarily need a pass for all three buses. If you are interested in seeing the entire city though, this is an easy and efficient way. Having access to more than one bus also gives you more options for pickup, less waiting. There are maps at every stop, so you can tell if the approaching bus is headed where you want to go next. The live guide bus is incredible. I learn something new every visit!
