Following a traditional Almohad architectural style, its tower is adorned with four copper globes. Miniature replicas of the mosque are widely sold in Morocco, attesting to its popularity. El Bahia Palace, known as "the palace of the beautiful," was constructed in the Alaoui style between 1894 and 1900 for Ahmed Ibn Moussa. It boasts 160 rooms surrounding courtyards, with rumours of concubine occupancy. early start but not a problem. driver contacted me the morning of pickup to confirm collection location. swapped onto a bigger coach and travelled as a massive group to marrakech. Guide was brilliant, walk around the medina and lunch on a rooftop bar. Guide explained about henna tattoos, monkey handlers and generally things to remember whilst in your free time. more than enough free time after lunch. highly recommended if you are not staying in marrakech.

Loads of things to see so be ready to walk. Skipping the line in all the main attractions is amazing and saves you loads of time. As we are not museum geeks we enjoyed going in, listen to a summary with the guide, quickly browse around in freedom and go to the next. Nice stop for snacks, for Moroccan pharmacy and leather shop.

My private tour guide Hamid was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the history of Marrakech. He took lots of photos of me and showed me great spots in the Medina. Would 10/10 recommend this tour.

Very interesting. Abdulla was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour 👍🏻
