What people are saying about Ercolano

We had Pasquale guiding us and “the Mexican” driving us and could not fault them. Our guide knew lots about Pompeii and Herculaneum, had a great pace and let us look in the museum and gift shop at the end of our Herculaneum tour. We had a 3 course lunch at Tiberian Pompeii which was also lovely. The only thing that was confusing was the pick up point, as it told us on the tickets that it was at 8:30 and at a statue but in emails prior they said it was 9:10 and we met in a parking lot. Overall, a really great day, would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to Pompeii and I think Herculaneum is a must for anyone who would like to see a historic site in southern Italy.

Our driver Francesco was great and the pick ups and drop offs /meeting points were very good. It was brilliant to have Michele the archeologist who has worked on both sites. He was an excellent guide full of terriffic anecdotes and the whole trip was fabulous. We have very many happy memories. It was nice to be in a small group of historical and cultural enthusiasts.

Absolutely excellent! The expert guide was just amazing, so knowledgeable and funny at the same time! It's perfectly organised and timed. So important to see Herculaneum as well!! It's a bit more expensive than other tours, but so Absolutely worth every euro spent for this once in a lifetime visit!

Carlo was awesome, he guided us at a leisurely pace through the ruins and explained all. We truly appreciated his expertise!

The guide was amazing. Small group, only five of us, and we learned a lot!
