If you are coming to Las Vegas, plan on doing this tour first. You will learn about the history of Las Vegas and how Fairmont is where it all began and why. The tips alone are well worth the price- you will learn about where the “loose” slots are and why they hide them! In fact we went to one of them and quickly won $140! Thanks to our guide, he was polite and knowledgeable- we highly recommend this tour and we will be staying downtown next time we come to Las Vegas!

Kelly's a great guide bringing together the old and the new. The only suggestion I have is that we hear something in the beginning about the Indigenous, Spanish, and Mexican people who inhabited the land before and whose descendants are still there. Just the name of the city, Las Vegas, tells us something. Other than that, however, something really worth doing as it gives you a sense of neighborhood and not just glitz. Thank you!

Kelly was an excellent tour guide. My friends and I really enjoyed all his history knowledge and current work going on to revitalize Fremont St. I highly recommend this tour. My next visit I’ll definitely go on his evening tour.

Our guide, Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable, interesting and very friendly. Responded to all of our questions with ease. We would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Excellent guide, very informative and entertaining. So much Vegas history tied into the downtown area and Vegas origin
