Thought this event was very nice. The only thing I would recommend to be different is the orientation of the seating in the carriage. The seating lined the perimeter of the carriage, instead of facing forward, which made it very hard to see things that are pointed out behind you.

This was a good adventure. Our battlefield guide was excellent and kept us on the edge of our seats many times during the tour. The ride from the Heritage Center to the part of the battlefield that was off the highway was too long and consisted of numerous cars passing us over the double yellow lines. Our slow pace on the highway contributed to a hazardous situation for those on the carriage and motorists passing.

The only problem, if you will…is that we had 2 extra people onboard the wagon. Which then made it “a bit crowded”. The error wasn’t caught until we were on our way with the tour. These two extra persons were scheduled for the next weeks tour but showed up a week early.
