A visit to Granada is not complete without seeing the Alhambra, the only remaining fortified complex of the Islamic period in Spain. Explore this amazing attraction at your own pace. Admire the fortress, the Generalife Gardens, and the palace complex in all their splendor. Embark on a journey through history spanning from the palace's reconstruction by the Sultan of Granada in the 13th century, to its transformation into the Royal Court of King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella following the Reconquest. Look out over the white houses of the Albaicín neighborhood below, and walk among fountains and beneath ornate, horseshoe-shaped arches. Marvel at the mix of Moorish and Christian architecture. Explore the residences of kings and sultans, see the spectacular ceiling in the Hall of the Boat, and snap pictures in the famous Court of the Lions. efficient booking process and information for arrival. staff were helpful and provided necesseray info. although the audio guide did not match the plate No's as you toured and it took a bit of working out where we were and what corresponded with what. i presume alhambra tours have their own index.

I would rate it as average because only at the meeting point I realized the we won’t have an instructor but it is gonna be with voice guide. In the beginning it was a Bit complicated till we got to know the Alhambra plan, but then it was easy and the guide was helpful.

Always so amazed by the site .... even in winter! We got original tickets! Despite our request well in advance, my husband found himself French with a scheduled visit at 11 am and I found myself Italian with a visit at 11:30! Anyway, we visited ... at 11:30 am and keep the tickets as souvenirs, proof that the computer count is strict!
