Overall rating

It worked well with the online booking. The most common thing was that the guys didn't really know where to go with me when I picked them up ... they didn't know the company and I showed the ticket and everything. Because of this, everything was delayed a bit. But we arrived safely

The transfers are always very well organized. The pick-up is mostly on time and sometimes you wait a few minutes longer. The instructions at check-in are always understandable and the crew are always helpful and friendly.
