Visit the famous James Bond Island on this full-day journey and enjoy the view of the stunning limestone karst rocks as you follow in the footsteps of Roger Moore.
Start the day with a pick-up service from your hotel in Krabi and then transfer to Phang Nga Bay by air-conditioned minivan. Your first stop will be a visit to the Cave Temple (Suwankuha), which boasts the largest buddha statue (the Big Buddha). Then, depart to Phang Nga Bay National Park and discover the famous filming locations of “The Man With the Golden Gun”. Phang Nga Bay is home to some 100 islands including Khao Phing Kan islands, also known as the James Bond Islands. Phang Nga Bay found its way onto the tourist map through its important role in this movie starring Roger Moore as 007, and is distinctive for its sheer limestone cliffs that jut vertically out of the emerald-green water.
Finally, explore the giant stalactites, caves, and limestone cliffs of Thalu Island, where you can take a guided sightseeing tour. Lunch is served at the floating fishing village of Koh Panyee. If you choose, you can also take an optional canoe trip out to Lot Cave before journeying back to the starting point.
