Great experience, the man that greeted us and picked us up on time from the hotel was very lovely and informative (James). we had to sit separately on the bus which was quite awkward and uncomfortable, however it was only a 30 minute drive each way. The salt mines experience was good, the English speaking guide was easy to understand and made jokes along the way. It was very heavy on the legs so be prepared for a lot of exercise. The salt carvings were beautiful and definitely something to experience.

Loved the salt mines, our driver picked us up on time and was very pleasant, the mines themselves were spectacular couldn’t believe everything we seen made of salt, our guide was very witty and informative, there were a lot of steps down but thankfully you get a lift back up, but expect a lot of walking.

Salt Mine trip is a MUST. My son uses a wheelchair and all staff were very accomodating. We had a transfer which was professionally managed. Our driver was excellent and offered many facts along our journey. Upon arriving at the salt mines he arranged our tickets and guide so we had no stress. Wish we had used this driver for all of our excursions. The vehicle sits 9 including driver so a small party was much more personal. Five
