Booked this trip very last minute however Hotel pick up was right outside of the hotel, very convenient and great communication prior to collection to inform us of pick up time. Mini bud was very comfortable and had a lovely driver who spoke fluent English. Very well organised trip and really interesting to see. Plenty of opportunities to have a snack break and also a kiosk to purchase snacks and drinks if anything has been forgotten. Well worth a visit. Easily doable for a half day trip rather than full day.

The Salt Mine Tour, well Awesome is the only word I can use to describe it with, we were picked up from the Hotel (hotel Columbus) on time and driven to our destination about 25 minutes away where we were handed over to our Guide. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our Tour to begin, but there is a small coffee shop where you can purchase a drink and something to eat, fortunately the weather was dry as we had to wait outdoors. The tour lasted approximately 2 hours and our guide (Monica) was very knowledgeable. The temperature in the mines is constant all year round so you don't need to wrap up, I ended up taking my coat off as I was too warm. It's quite a trip descending to the bottom of the mine, about 800 stairs and if your not squeamish look down the center of the wooden stairs, it's a long way down. Other than Auschwitz, this was the highlight of our short Trip to Krakow Poland, a Beautiful City and the Polish people are just so helpful and friendly. This is a MUST DO tour

Booking was easy and had to ring to cofirm where we were being picked up at and they were very helpful. Minis bus on time. The disappointing thing was how quickly we had to do the tour. I had my 84 yr old mum with me and althoigh she is fit it was hard work keeping up with the group. It felt very rushed. There was no time to appreciate the attraction or to take many photos. It was also very busy with the next group behind us all the time so we didnt feel that we could linger and take it all in.
