It was a great tour, dress warm because it was cold and windy. Try not to read to much when you walk into the museum it will take a lot of time try a quick walk through and don’t forget the roof top of the museum nice view of the Hoover dam.

Unfortunately the inside of the dam was temporarily closed For maintenance so we did not see that which was our purpose of booking this trip And the tour company said nothing and the alternative tour was smoke and mirrors about not so much The tour bus is very nice The tour guide talked constantly and many of his fun facts were out of date

Guide was good; tour less-than-perfect but not his fault.

Andrew did a very good job providing history of the area and then the Hoover Dam. He answered questions very knowledgeably and kept the tour moving along at a proper pace. Unfortunately, the central focus of the tour-going down into the dam to see the inner workings-was aborted because of an elevator failure. This failure occurred some time before the tour commenced, so I feel that PinkJeep should have texted me this info in time for me to cancel the tour and get a refund. They did provide a token 5% refund after.
