Craig was absolutely fabulous. We saw all of the highlights. He has a great sense of humor and there was not one question (we had many) that he could not answer! I would use Craig again in a heartbeat. It was just my wife and me on the tour so that made it easy. Still, very affordable even for 2. Thanks

Our assigned guide had an emergency, but they gave us a great new one!

The guide was very knowledgeable but did not follow what I asked which was to hit the highlights and engage our children 14-24 with little museum experience. She tried to cover everything in little bits and lost them constantly. I kept trying to refocus her and I had to specifically ask her about special parts of the items that I wanted the children to be aware of. She’s very intelligent but not a good guide
