Entering the wax museum is something exciting and fantastic; to tell the truth in front of certain characters you are really breathless. A word of advice: if you have the opportunity to go to London and you only have 3 days available, you should visit the city and leave this museum aside; simply because this attraction is wonderful but not fundamental. Doing so, leaving this museum aside, creates the opportunity to return to London a second or third time. Many dismiss or otherwise exclude a visit to the museum because the price is high (base ticket £ 35 / £ 38 ca) but it is really worth it, especially if it is not your first trip to London. Personally I found it very convenient and convenient to book tickets online (from Italy) (even 2/3 days before) on this site for various reasons: the first concerns the price, by booking in advance I had a 15% discount; the second concerns the convenience in getting to the museum without having to queue too much.

absolutely brilliant and worth the money! I had no issue with que times as I have read in the other reviews. I booked 3.15pm booking and there was not a soul in the que. there was a good amount of people inside, not too many where we didnt have an opportunity to take pictures with some of the figures. the statues were unbelievably real looking- a little too real some of them. theres more then I thought inside and easy to lose track of time. The ticket includes a 4D experience which is great for kids and we enjoyed it too. for £5 more you can get the sherlock Holmes experience which I didnt know about but Overall two 25yr olds enjoyed it

Was good despite the loooooong queue

Was disappointed to learn we had to queue for 2hr 30 mins, even though I had purchased my tickets beforehand on website. If I had known I had to queue (bearing in mind we had 3 kids) I wouldn't have bought my tickets prior to going. The Museum was good but in my view wasn't worth the 2 hr 30 min queue. When we got in there was no order whatsoever, everyone falling over each other, it did impove as we went along but my overall impression was that it wasn't worth the money I paid
