What we saw was very good, and the guide, Andrea, was very good also. As usual there were a couple of people who were 20 min late after lunch, which cost us being able to go into the cathedral in Segovia. The guide should have sent us into the cathedral while she waited for the latecomers. They could have missed it instead of the whole group. For those of you reading this that are always late and make the whole group wait, shame on you for being selfish. Please think about those standing waiting for you.

El guía fue muy amable y bien informado. Me gusto bastante pero la una razón por ir a Ávila era ver el convento de Santa Teresa. No nos lo enseñó y estuvimos ahí. Yo no sabia y hubiera ido sin el grupo pero pensaba que quizás estaba en otro sitio y nos iban a llevar después. No lo hicieron y estoy pero bien triste porque no puedo regresar.

Both locations are well worth visiting. The bus was comfortable and we got to see quite a lot. Sylvia was the guide and she was really friendly and knowledgeable and was really easy to understand. Her English was perfect and she catered for both Spanish and English speaking guests. The group was quite a bit older and slower then I would have liked so I think we could have done more but we still managed to see enough. Really lovely tour.
