Not being familiar with the downtown area, trying to find a place to park was very hard. Finding the actual site of your boat was another bad experience. The steps were very difficult.....should have been made aware of the 70 steps to go down and then have to climb up.

It was a very pleasant experience! I love how the guide was pointing out the architecture and being very interactive! Only thing is that we got lost since there’s so many companies that host this type of tour! It’s next to the Apple store!

This cruise takes you down and then back up the Chicago River giving you plenty of opportunities to see some of Chicago's most iconic architecture. The cruise is very informative and is an excellent way to get to know the Chicago skyline.

Gets very cold very fast, so prepare. Wish they had some heat going below deck. Was hoping for more history of the city than we got. Boat was very clean and provided a smooth ride.

First time going I defeated enjoyed thee experience maybe next time I’ll plan another cruise on a summer day it was kinda cold over all I enjoyed and will be doing it again
