it was ok. I wish it was more personal like a tour guy speaking instead of a driver pressing the button and you hear a recording on your headphones but hey i didn't go there expecting much. Th returning is confusing specially if you catch the boat. Now the boat was fun and the tour guy was funny and more personable. Overall nice experience i enjoyed

It was alot of fun. The drivers were very polite but not too informative. We couldn't get the headsets to work in English. The ladies at the Big Bus kiosk at Bayside were extremely great! Very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We told them we were going to walk back to Ocean Drive. She said no and ran to catch the last bus before it left us. The driver and the narrator on the boat were SUPER! Very friendly. The narrator, Jorge, was GREAT! He did a wonderful job talking in two languages. And answering a bunch of our questions. He needs a raise!! I would high recommend the bus and boat tour.

The hop on and hop off bus is fun way to see Miami, since we didn't start the tour at the first stop, it's a little concussing for the check in at the meeting point. The boat tour it's just ok, wishing the guide told us more history of the Miami islands development instead of telling the names of these famous people (most of them we don't recognize) who own the houses.
