Excellent trip, Alejandro was great and very clear in his instructions regarding logistics. We had a good amount of time in St Moritz (around 1 hour 40 mins) and stunning views during the majority of the train journey. The only (small) downer was the conduct of some other tourists on the trip, who were ruthless, selfish and nasty in their efforts to secure seats on the train; I have witnessed better behaviour from school children. This is of course not the fault of the tour operator, as they cannot, and indeed should not, be responsible for the conduct of grown adults who should know how to treat people with respect and common decency.

Excellent! We had a sunny day and the observation of all the landscapes was wonderful. The guide, David, excellent: helpful, attentive and understanding. He provided essential information and did so in a timely manner, in different languages. The punctuality and kindness of everyone allowed us to have a fabulous travel experience. And the Taxi Driver, Marcello, made it easier for us to make a dream come true: to visit Nietzsche's house in Saintz Moritz. We met two photographers from Boston who taught us to capture with the retina, certain snapshots between amazement and laughter. Grateful for everything. It is worth doing.

Our day was great! We wound up going to St. Moritz by bus, and tools the train from there to Tirano. This is the second time I have done this experience. Our guide was excellent, I cannot remember her name though. She pointed out sights along the way and was very thorough and helpful when in St. Moritz. We enjoyed her knowledge a lot! She got us ready for photos and gave great recommendations on things to do!
