According to the schedule, we can get off and go back on the the next bus tour if we find interesting place so we can have a better look. Unfortunately, there's only one tour bus for that day. We all had to stay the whole time in the bus. Nevertheless, it is a great idea to do it to see all the important spots in Milan! They have a audio guide too!

Overall it was good. Queues at the bus stop at IL Duomo and the usual jackass with no patience barging their way through but I guess that's to be expected at a major tourist spot. We always got a seat on the top of the bus and never had to wait on a later bus. Given that it was the Easter holidays, one would expect it to be busy so no complaints. However, there is graffiti and trash everywhere and the city of Milan is dull compared to other major cities and not very family friendly apart from City Life area.

Please don't make the same mistake I made trying to find the office with the map I was given when purchasing the tickets. Go to the Milan Visitor Center. We looked for two hours and was given 20 different places from the locals. Next time I will ask for a address. By the time we found the hop on hop off stop we could only use it for one day and purchased a two day ticket.
