We were a family of 5 (kids were 16, 10, 4) and LOVED every minute of this tour. Antonella was AMAZING! Very informative and included the kids in conversation. It was a small private group which was nice with COVID restrictions. Masks on the whole tour. Just enough time on Murano to have a tour of the glass factory. Wish we had a little more time on Burano as there was more to see and do there. But we were able to meet with the lace lady in action, wander the streets to find cookies, quick lunch, gelato, and pics.
My experience was most good. I had difficultly locating the local partners to collect the tickets. I ended up been sent to 3 addresses with me bn able to pick up the tickets at the 3rd address. But overall my experience was good. I was able to skip the line at the dodge palace. I look forward to exploring venice more over the next 6 months
It was a really great experience, especially the part where the CEO of the new murano gallery gave me and my family the chance to see the Luab 4.0 even though it wasn’t really part of the tour. Our tour guide, Lara, was very accommodating and helped us find the good places for gelato and cookies in each island.
The location was easy to find and the ferry was comfortable, I was a little confused as why we took a smaller ferry to a larger ferry but so be it. The only issue was the heat which couldn’t be avoided.
the trip was absoluetely great, but it can be helpful to ask where the meeting point is...we crossed the city on foot to get in a ship which took us next to our hotel. otherwise everything is great
