The pickup took place promptly at 5 am in Times Square. The guide Carlos was in a good mood and tried to involve all guests in his care. In addition, he explained a lot and also included enough breaks. He wasn't above taking photos either. The $5 tip I voluntarily gave him was well deserved.

Everything was very good, the driver, the guide guy (so friendly and helpful). The only issue was the address shown on the ticket, it says 239w 42th st, New York, NY 10036, and I've been there 4:50am and i didn't see anybody, right away a saw the ticket again and i saw another address two times square, 714 seventh av. Between 47th and 48th streets and i had to take a taxi to get there if not i coul lose the bus. Thanks to God the bus was waiting, but should be good the company fix that problem.

Interesting tour with more or less short stops. Someone who likes to look at buildings etc. should keep their hands off it. Who is enough to see the White House, the Lincoln Memorial and more in an average of 10-15 minutes will get their money's worth. Most of our tour was in Spanish as we were the only ones who didn't speak Spanish. Nevertheless, the guide took the time to repeat everything relevant in English. In advance he even asked if that was okay with us. The bus was comfortable, offers WiFi and the option of charging electronic devices via USB. In and of itself, we were very satisfied with the tour and can recommend it with a clear conscience.
