I’m a born & raised New Yorker that never saw the Statue of Liberty up close. I was really surprised at this whole experience. Both islands are very beautiful and clean and you get a stunning view of Manhattan. The ferries get full, but not overbearing. Both the islands and ferries sell food & beverages. Each island has a museum which is fascinating. Make sure you give ample time to see the Museum on Ellis Island. I didn't know that to expect, and wish I had more time to view the museum in full.

This was a true highlight of our US road-trip. We had excellent guides in Peter and Brett, who shared tales and facts throughout. They got us all onto the boat and then we had the best experience - awe inspiring, wet, and breathtaking. You have to do this if you visit Niagara - seeing the falls from below is just amazing. Topped off with a short walk around the top of the falls this is something I’ll never forget.

Once we were on the first ferry it was smooth sailing. We moved at our own pace and saw what we wanted, then got on the next ferry. When we were done, we headed back to Battery Park.

Everything was great, plus surprisedly I got best tickets ! I would get again from here to another activity ! .

Loved it! Everyone in our party loved as well. We recommend sitting in the front of the boat!
