During the tour, you’ll visit the Church of San Nicola, known as the Mother Church, which was built in the 12th century over the previous 8th century Basilian church, whose foundations remain. We were welcomed very warmly by the employee of the Masseria Brancati. He told a hundred out and full of passion about the olive trees. After a walk through the orchard with trees of more than 2000 years old, we were guided around the Masseria (farm) in a chapel and later we were allowed to look underground in the cellar how the olive oil was extracted over the years. Finally, let's taste… we definitely recommend it.

Organisation with get your guide was very good, for example map link to show us where to park. Communication with company and guide, Mario was very good. Mario made the tour very interesting with his knowledge but also kept things light hearted so our concentration didn’t wander! Very very happy with our tour. Thanks to GYG and to Mario

This was time well spent! The tour included learning about the olive trees and the history of the farm. How oil was used in ancient times and the methods used back then compared to more modern times and to today. It all concluded with tasting the olive oil. The guide was wonderful.

It is a very informative tour with information about olive oil making from a roman time to now. Great for English speakers

Really worth it. Clear explanation of a very old masseria with 2000 years old olive trees
