Outback Ballooning is Australia’s only balloon company specialising in remote Outback operations. With 34 years experience it is one of the longest established ballooning businesses in Australia. In Alice Springs flights are scheduled everyday, weather permitting. We have a large fleet of balloons suitable for 2-4 people, up to 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 people in one balloon depending on number of bookings on the day. This provides great booking flexibility. The reliable desert weather means one of lowest cancellation rates in the world. Safety is our primary concern and if we are prevented from flying due to unsuitable weather conditions, passengers may either re-book for another day or receive a full refund. The pilot’s decision with regard to flying conditions is final. Where possible, the balloon flight should always be booked for the first available day in the area to allow for re-booking in case of bad weather. Carrying capacity is 88 passengers per morning, which allows for FIT, group travel, incentives, special interest and private charter markets.
