A day of unforgettable impressions awaits you outside Paris at legendary Versailles and the home of Claude Monet. Select the private option, and you'll be whisked straight from your lobby or doorstep in downtown Paris to Giverny, the village where Monet produced some of the world's most beautiful landscape paintings. See the gardens the so-called Father of Impressionism magically recreated on canvas, with their trademark water lilies and Japanese bridge. A complimentary 3-course lunch at the renowned Moulin de Fourges restaurant will provide the perfect opportunity to rest and savor what you saw along with fine gourmet food. The second part of the day takes you to Versailles, where reality might exceed your idea of how kings and queens once lived. Spend an hour wandering about the Grand Apartments of the king and queen, and the famous Hall of Mirrors. Very nice trip to Giverny, we had nice weather and enough free time in the garden. The flowers and the lily pond were impressive. The lunch in the mill was also great. - We sat in the garden under trees and the historic mill looks like from the film, Essen also ok. Only in Versailles did we have too little time - it was very busy, the guide was hard to understand on the headphones and with one it was short in the garden. The trip should take an hour longer, then it would be great!

Fred was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable about both Monet and the Palace of Versailles. Went back and forth whether to book a trip with or without lunch but so glad we booked this trip. The quaint restaurant was superb. The opulence of the palace was mind blowing however, the highlight for both of us was Monet’s lily pond/ garden and house tour. Simply amazing and the transportation was very comfortable with a great driver Florian. I would recommend Fred and this tour without reservations
