    It was raining so we didn't have the ability to enjoy the fort but the ranger provided a good, detailed history.

Halfway through the tour we stopped at The Battery and stolled the seawall for a few minutes.

    This was an on the whim booking for us, but we were soooo glad we did it! Graham was an excellent guide! He was thorough on boating safety and instructions both at the start and during the tour. This is not a hand held tour. You are able to have independence while driving the boat around getting to all the stops on your way through it. So long as you “leave the boat in front of you alone.” Highly recommend for anyone visiting at any time!

    A wonderful 2 hours spent in the museum. We could have spent the whole day. I will return to spend more time.

After brief introduction, groups will have the opportunity to purchase a variety of recommended beverages, as they taste a variety of appetizers served at each of the three to four locations visited.  Your licensed tour guide, Capt. Bryan is a 7th generation Charlestonian of Huguenot Heritage and tell you the history of beautiful and historic Shem Creek as the group walks to the various stops. The tour will end at an establishment with a wonderful view of Shem Creek, typically as the sun is setting over the Charleston Harbor. Ride-share services are recommended to make sure you can take full advantage of all the delicious drinks and get home safely.

    A fun and different tour. Captain Bryan was fun and very knowledgeable about the Shem Creek area. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone

This is a must see for anyone interested in civil war history.
