I was picked up bright and early (6:15am) and we picked up 8 other guests at 3 different hotels. The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered us water on several occasions. Made enough stops for breaks and timed everything perfectly. We made 2 stops at different Grand Canyon viewpoints and then we were dropped off for about 2.5 hours to explore on our own. Picked up promptly and stopped in Williams on the way home. Overall a nice day and I would highly recommend if you only have one day to visit the canyon. We got back a little late (about 7:30pm) but I was also the last drop off. Masks are not mandatory on the bus but I prefer that they make them mandatory since its an enclosed space and you are with the group for so many hours.

My hiking guide was Mr. Denny and he was absolutely amazing! Throughout the hike he explained about different type of vegetation and their history. He always made sure that we stopped on a regular basis and I had some water so that I would not get the hydrated. And he was overall a very pleasant and nice man. The trail was perfect. Not too rocky or complicated especially since it was my first time.

The guide, Cactus Jack, was very knowledgeable about the desert, the different types of cactuses, the wildlife, what different desert plants are used for, and even had us taste a cactus. He was also very funny and overall a great guy. The ride was covered, so we were kept out of the sun, but the sides were open so that we could see everything.

Shantelle was an amazing tour guide; she was so knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts with us that I took 6 pages of notes! Even though the day at the Canyon was FREEZING it was worth it to see the three places/views she took us to. It was a excellent trip, and I would highly recommend.

Daniel is an incredibly knowledgeable and charismatic guide. He's a great storyteller and I enjoyed learning about the history of Arizona. Tour was on time, pretty seamless and the experience was wonderful
