Our tour guide was lovely and had great energy! She talked us through everything and gave us enough time for pictures and answered all our questions. I was a little sad to learn the cemetery wasn't included but we had time after so wasn't a big issue. The view from the tower was well worth the climb!

Roberto was a knowledgable and delightful tour guide! He communicated with me prior to our tour to make sure we would know where to meet and how to get where we are going. He clearly has a passion for what he does and delivers an excellent tour. He is funny and personable and easy to understand. We learned that there is so much more than just a Leaning Tower of Pisa. He should help you market the Square of Miracles and all that the town of Pisa has to offer. Roberto is the best!!!!

Perfect blend of history, trivia, personal interaction, etc. The 3 hours includes the time for the tower climb experience - which the guide does not participate - just FYI. Our guide was very knowledgeable about many obscure facts and was able to answer even the oddest questions we came up with. I would definitely take this tour again.
