Full description

As your cruise arrives in Livorno, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a half-day shore excursion exploring Pisa, a beautiful city approximately 30 minutes from the port. Once in Pisa, you will enjoy a short walk with your expert guide to Miracle Square, where you will find the most precious jewels of Pisa. To access, you'll pass through the Santa Maria gate, one of the entrances of the old wall that used to surround the city. From there you will be enchanted by the beautiful construction, including the white marble of the cathedral and baptistery, and the green grass where you can lie down to admire the astonishing monuments which surround you. You will be free to explore this treasure of Tuscany at your own pace and discover its secrets and history with the stories that your tour leader will tell you during your bus ride. At your tour's conclusion, you will be returned to the port of Livorno.

Overall it was a nice trip . We had enough time to see what we wanted but the heat in Summer is awful. our guide Sabrina was a lovely lady. So caring and Kind.I just wished I had done a combined trip to Florence instead . I thought we would not have enough time but all our cruise mates said Florence was awesome. So try Florence and Pisa.But if you want to go up to the bell tower and visit every monument then this half day trip is excellent.

I had the BEST time EVER, the guide was SUPER knowledgeable and made sure we had an amazing time. We felt well taken care of. I have been on many excursions and this was definitely the best. I would highly recommend and I'm definitely looking into booking more excursions in the future! It was definitely worth the price and I made it back to my cruise in time!
