What people are saying about Pisa

Our cruise changed the port of call to another port due to bad weather. GetYourGuide representative contacted me via WhatsApp on the change and the extra fee I had to pay coz the distance was longer. I was ok with that. Gave instructions on where to meet them. Guide was Alexander. He was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, I felt that he could have arranged to meet us at the entrance to Miracle Sq, Pisa, instead of arranging for us to walk back to the bus in the parking lot on our own. I wasn’t sure of the way and had to asked for directions along the way. A few others were also lost. Other than this all was good. We enjoyed ourselves.

This tour offered the transportation to get to both Florence and Pisa from our cruise ship. They included a description of the area as we went by and provided maps and a suggested itinerary to tour the sites. They escorted us between the bus parking area and the start of the walking tours and made it clear how much time we had and what time we needed to start back. At a reasonable price, they made our visit very enjoyable at a cost comparable to using taxies and trains to do it on our own. With a guaranteed ship return, it was a perfect choice.

This was a great excursion! Given the time we had, we were as able to site see on our own and have a nice lunch! The guide was friendly and helpful with precise information on how to get to the points of interest, and even gave us phone # should we need it. It was nice to visit Pisa. Bus ride was comfortable

Actually a transfer from cruise to florence and Pisa. Mostly on our own but we wanted to be independent. Very comfortable double decker bus with free wifi! That was a first on any of our cruise bus excursions. Nice guide and watched out for everyone to get back on time to ship.

Very professional from start to finish.Guide was excellant.fantastic bus.Good time at destinations. We chose this tour as it was a 5th of the price of the cruise ship one.
