The views were amazing, the bus was comfortable. I did appreciate that Thomas truly went out of his way to have us see the Northern lights (not part of the tour) we did get to see them. The tour guide needs to not curse (specially when there are children on the bus) & keep his political commentaries to himself. Also please ask the travelers if they want music on, The whole ride? Some like it quiet, at least part of the time. Thomas you were good, but need to read above, and do better next time.

This was all of our BEST experience in Iceland. If you go to ICEland you have to make time to actually see the ice!! The tour is a long one but you make many stops, including for warm food and bathroom. The only thing that could have been improved was our guide Tom did not seem to plan the best with time. For example we did a decently active canyon hike that wasn’t on the list, but that meant the waterfall we all were excited to see happened in the pitch dark (there are lights on the waterfall so it is visible) but it was bitter cold at the time of night we saw it/made it hard to actually walk behind the waterfall because of the visibility. The sights on the tour show the most breathtaking views of Iceland. So worth the time and money!!

We recommend this activity! It was great and our guide gave us explanations throughout the trip and put Icelandic music on the bus to introduce us to the culture. The landscapes are incredible and the boat in the glacier is an unforgettable experience. Warm clothes recommended. Thank you to our guide whose first name we don't remember, unfortunately.
