Full description
Make the catch of a lifetime on a sea angling adventure perfect for all ages. Head out on a great boat and find the best troves of cold water fish including cod, halibut, haddock, rockfish, and pollock. Setting off from Reykjavik's Old Harbor, you will head out to Faxaflói Bay, where your experienced guide knows exactly where to angle for the best catch. Along the way, you'll be treated to spectacular Icelandic ocean views, and often guests will spot puffins hanging out on their "puffin island." And even if you've never been out sea angling before, your expert fishing team will help you learn the ropes quickly so you'll be reeling in the fish in no time! Whatever you catch on your 2.5-3 hours on the water can be barbecued right after. Sink your teeth into your reward! If you want to show off your catch to friends and family back home, you can also arrange a special flight case, which lets you bring your catch away from the special tour. Fishing in Iceland is a memory that will last a lifetime, and whether you're a professional fisherman or it's your first time out on the seas, it's a day filled with fun, beauty, and the chance to eat some tasty fish!

    I was very satisfied

It was a trip with two kids in kindergarten and elementary school! Once you get to the pier, there are several local tour agencies. Whale watching tour, puffin tour, bicycle rental tour, and fishing tour are the most representative ones. Among them, the fishing tour was the most fun for the children! A really friendly crew of 4 rides together. The captain drives the car, and the rest of us kindly help if the fishing line gets tangled, or if there is a small problem, he scoops sashimi and cooks the fish he caught. The boat we were on had a capacity of 25 and 18 people, and although it wasn't very big, it was a good size boat with two bathrooms. First of all, a lot of fish are caught. As soon as my daughter put the fishing rod on, she kept catching fish and was so excited. It seems that the number of fish caught by a family of four is over 20. There were so many that I couldn't even count them later. (Oh, small fish under 30cm are returned to the sea, but if it is a dead fish, th

We caught a TON of fish, and had a blast! The crew was awesome!

My brother and I went out for one of the 2.5 hour fishing trips, and I can say that we both had a really good time. Everyone on the boat was pulling in fish, left and right, despite it being a blustery, choppy day on the water. The fresh-cooked meal at the end was amazing! Can't beat just-caught fish!
