An absolute fantastic experience whilst out in Rome. Our host Davis was very insight full and we went away learning a little more about pizza then when we first arrived. The place was stunning, especially when it was just myself and my girlfriend. Staff were also friendly enough to recommend places to visit around Rome which we took onboard.

The instructor David was warm and hospitable. When we arrived he brought us soft drinks and made us feel welcomed. David Speaks very good English. He taught us how to make the dough and told about the history. We then proceeded to the pizza making. We had choices of cheeses and things to put on. After baking the pizza in the oven we had a tasty pizza celebration.

The chef David was fluent in English, very warm and hospitable and very easy to talk to. We really had an amazing experience, nothing less! His combination of explaining and showing how to do things made it a really fun experience, and we can’t wait to show everyone at home how a real Italian pizza is made. We were afraid that the we were only allowed to put the toppings on the pizza, but we formed every part of our pizzas from making the dough, ‘designing’ and placing the toppings as well as putting it in the wood-oven - and everything in between! And the pizzas were amazing! We would really recommend everyone to go to this course! Nothing but great words to say about this experience!!
