I took my 22 year old son and my Mother with me to the San Francisco Zoo! It was was wonderful. A very good walk with a lot of cute animals to see. There were a few animals missing but for the most part we were pleased to be able to have the experience!

Prepare yourself for plenty of walking but it is more than worth it. There were many closed exhibits including the lion and tigers which was quite a let down. The food was great though but more healthy options should be included. The aviary was spectacular as was the savanna. The San Francisco zoo is a must see with need of improvement.

When got vouchers with a QR code that said "this is not a ticket. This voucher must be exchanged for a ticket". The sign at the ticket line said that those with vouchers must stand in line. We spent a half hour on the line, only to be told that with these vouchers, we could go right through as the staff at the gate can read the QR code!
