Full description

After pickup from your hotel, your boat tour will depart at 9:00 AM. First, you'll sail around Li Galli island, where the myth of Ulysses and the Sirens is said to have been set. Then your boat will head to the Ancient Marine Republic of Amalfi where you'll enjoy 4 hours of free time to explore the town.

Don't miss seeing the main local attractions such as the Cathedral and the Cloister of Paradise. Enjoy some time on the pebble beach, tanning and swimming in the azure waters. You may also want to shop for local products like the world-famous Amalfi Coast lemons and limoncello. Next, sail towards Positano, where you'll also have about 1.5 hours to yourself. Admire the picturesque Furore and the beautiful old town of Praiano. On the return trip, you'll find the Fjord of Crapolla and the enchanting Islet d'Isca that belongs to Eduardo de Filippo. Finally, arrive back at the port at about 5:15 PM to catch your shuttle back to your accommodations.

Great trip, very interesting commentary along the way. Plenty of time in Amalfi and Positano. We were picked up at our hotel which was an excellent way to get to the departure point for the boat as it proved further away than we originally thought. Good value and most enjoyable day.

The cruise was great! The only thing I have to say is that you should get there early to get a good seat on the boat. If you get motion sickness, I recommend you take some medication beforehand because the boat rocks strongly during some portions of the ride. Overall, I highly recommend this activity!

The experience itself was really amazing. Guide was friendly. This says it’s leaving from Sorrento, however it’s really another hour past Sorrento to the meeting spot. There was no option for a shuttle when we booked and we ended up having to get an expensive taxi since the boat dropped us off a couple minutes after the last bus to Sorrento. Would recommend with the caveat that you do a lot of research about public transportation if that’s how you intend on getting there.
