There’s time to explore the property, walk around the grounds, take photos by the fountain, and explore the hidden tunnels that lie beneath this spectacular Chateau. Our next stop is the quaint country town of Tanunda, where you can amble along the high street, browse in the local shops, or grab yourself a coffee, take a seat and have a relaxing 20 mins of watching the world go by. Our next winery experience is the beautiful, heart-warming and wholesome Saltrams. Let the hosts tantalise your palate as they showcase their favourite drops and share their knowledge with you on all things wine making in their rustic Cellar Door Barrel Hall. After the tasting it’s time for lunch, where you’ll enjoy an absolute Barossa feast with a selection of the finest Chef prepared hot and cold dishes, from the award winning Salters Kitchen. There’s no rushing your meal, with ample time to enjoy some good company, get to know your fellow travellers. We head now to Menglers Hill lookout for a view and a half! Check out the Valley, see where you’ve been and where you’re heading, as it’s now time to head to the 3rd winery and the most exclusive cellar door experience of your tour the stunning Rosenvale Winery. Opening only for Taste the Barossa guests, prepare to be WOW’d !!! The passion is palpable as Rosevale’s’ hosts generously share with you the most spectacular wines you will surely ever taste. World Class is an understatement! Finally, a picturesque drive through Seppeltsfield will round off your perfect Barossa adventure, with time to grab a photo of the iconic Date Palms and learn about their fascinating origin, and the iconic Seppeltsfield legacy. Time now to sit back, listen to some quite music and watch the scenery go by, or perhaps close your eyes for a quick nap, as we express back to Adelaide for approximately 5:30 PM and finish the perfect Barossa Adventure.

Explore the highlights of Kangaroo Island on this full-day tour by return ferry and coach from Adelaide. See playful fur seals, the Remarkable Rocks, and Admirals Arch, as well as other native Australian wildlife.  Depart Adelaide and enjoy a scenic coach ride towards the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula south of the city. Admire views of the vineyards, coast, and rolling hills along the way. Upon arrival at Cape Jervis, board the SeaLink ferry for the 45-minute crossing to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island, where, a local driver/guide will take you on a tour of South Australia’s premier nature-based tourism destination. Go to Seal Bay Conservation Park for a beach walk with an experienced guide. Spend time amongst a colony of rare Australian sea lions. Get up close to the wild creatures as they frolic and laze about. Then, enjoy a delicious 2-course lunch.  Spend the afternoon at Flinders Chase National Park, renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals such as kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, and echidnas. Admire the rugged coastline on walks around Admirals Arch and Remarkable Rocks. Stroll down the Admirals Arch boardwalk to a rugged cliff face that reveals the spectacular rock arch formation, a safe haven for playful long-nosed fur seals. Keep a lookout for more kangaroos and wallabies on your return to Penneshaw or your return ferry back to Adelaide. Arrive at approximately 22:40 and be dropped off at your selected Adelaide CBD accommodation.

Embark on a guided tour to the historic village of Hahndorf and Barossa valley from Adelaide. Immerse yourself into the culture of the area with guided winery visits, wine tastings, and lunch. After morning pickup from Adelaide and Glenelg, head towards the Barossa Valley to discover the region’s charming villages, vineyards, and German heritage. Your first stop will be at Hahndorf, one of the most important German settlements in the region. Wander through the town and be charmed by its quaint 19th-century architecture. Up next, take a scenic drive through the Barossa Valley, where you’ll stop in Lyndoch at the Kies Winery. Famed for its prolific production, enjoy a wine tasting alongside lunch at this family-run vineyard. With your palate piqued, head to more wineries and a chocolate factory, capping things off at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. Return to your accommodation in Adelaide just in time to reflect on the sights and tastes of the day over dinner.

Port Stephens enjoys the most excellent whale season and the mighty Hinchinbrook Explorer catamaran will help you enjoy this! With approximately 2.5 hours out on the water, you are sure to enjoy a beautiful experience of whale watching and wildlife sightings! Cruise out past Tomaree and Yacaaba headlands in search of the majestic Humpback whales as they migrate close by Port Stephens. You won’t forget the sight of a 40-tonne whale propelling itself skyward and crashing back into the ocean. Being the most surface active of all the whales, it is highly likely that you will see spectacular displays - spyhops, pectoral slaps, body rolls and ... the breathtaking breach. Cruise to the Outer Islands with the chance of also seeing huge pods of oceanic dolphins (100 to a pod), offshore sea birds and other species of whale including pilot, minke and brydes. This 30 meters (100 feet) in length catamaran provides you with a very comfortable and safe journey. It has full walk around decks for viewing and large air conditioned indoor areas. Enjoy tea and coffee, and entertaining and informative commentary.

Go kayaking through Adelaide's Dolphin Sanctuary on this guided tour. Paddle down mangrove forest creeks, with the opportunity to view shipwrecks and dolphins along the way. Upon arrival, demonstrations and all equipment will be provided. Travel at a comfortable pace since you don't need any prior kayaking experience. Start your tour by kayaking your way through 10,000-year-old mangrove-lined creeks, which are the ultimate feeding grounds for dolphins due to the seagrass, saltmarsh, tidal flats, and creeks. See the sanctuary's abundant birdlife and intricate ecosystem. You also have the opportunity to paddle close to shipwrecks that have been abandoned from a bygone era. It's a special experience that simply can't be replicated.

Embark on a scenic cruise along the north coast of Granite Island. Victor Harbour is located on the south coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia, about 90 minutes and 80 km south of the center of Adelaide. Pass the route of the old horse-drawn tramway and see the historic Screwpile Jetty as you venture around the breakwater and into the open ocean. Continue for 5 minutes to arrive at Seal Island (also known as "Seal Rock"), where New Zealand fur seals and Australian sea lions can be seen basking in the sun. Delight to the sight of the seals that often swim to the stationary boat for a good look at the passengers!  Keep a lookout for other wildlife, including petrels, shearwaters and cormorants, on or around Seal Island. You might even spot some common or bottlenose dolphins that are often in the vicinity and sometimes race the boat. After 15 minutes of wildlife viewing at Seal Island and around Wright Island, cruise back to the Granite Island Causeway at Victor Harbour and disembark.

Get picked up from your accommodation in Glenelg at 9 AM or Adelaide at 9:20 – 9:30 AM for a full day of sightseeing around the gorgeous Fleurieu Peninsula.  Enjoy the scenic drive from Adelaide through the Adelaide Hills before arriving in the historic German village of Hanhdorf. Treat yourself to morning tea at The Haus, visit the Antique Clock Museum, or shop around in the village's boutique stores. Travel on to the old paddle steamer port of Goolwa for a stroll along the beach where the Murray River meets the sea. Make a short stopover at South Australia's greatest surfing beach before continuing on to Victor Harbor. Keep your eyes peeled for whales as you pass Basham Beach during whale season.  Next, explore the seaside town of Victor Harbor where you can visit the Whale Center and Museum. Take advantage of the chance to visit Granite Island and check out the fairy penguins or ride the famous horse-drawn tram. Purchase lunch from one of the many quaint restaurants and pubs. Your last stop of the day will be McLaren Vale, one of Australia's oldest and finest olive, wine, and almond-growing regions. Taste some of the area's best wines, purchase some locally-grown, homemade delicacies before returning back to your accommodation at around 5:30 PM.

Spot seals, sea lions, dolphins, whales (seasonal), beautiful islands and coastline on a memorable 1.5-hour cruise. The cruise departs from Victor Harbor, located on the south coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula, about 90 minutes south of Adelaide’s center. Embark on a breathtaking cruise from the Granite Island causeway past many offshore islands and spectacular cliffs. Admire seals, sea lions and dolphins along the way from the waterline. Cruise through the Encounter Marine Park where you can view whales during the winter months when they migrate from Antarctica to the warm waters of Encounter Bay. Please note that whale sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Have the opportunity to swim with wild dolphins or among seals and snorkel some of Kangaroo Island's stunning coastline. Enjoy an amazing wildlife encounter on an action-packed boat tour. Arrive at The Visitor Information Centre in Penneshaw, where you will be fitted into a wetsuit, mask, snorkel and flippers and provided with a safety brief. Jump on board the vessel in search of the marine life that inhabits the incredible coastline. Spot the cheeky seals lounging on the rocks and playing in the water. Then, it's time to dive in. These curious seals can be quite interactive and playful and provide a fun snorkelling experience. Search for the dolphin pods that reside in these coastal waters and take the opportunity to swim alongside them in the wild. A truly unforgettable wildlife encounter. Your guide will also provide informative commentary along the way.

The itinerary is very flexible and is tailored to suit your needs. Visit the Flinders Chase National Park, with landmarks such as the Remarkable Rocks, Admiral Arch, Weirs Cove and Vivonne Bay.
