Was a great experience. Beware if you buy a drink!!! My friend and I had a £20 glass of chanpagne which we enjoyed as did another lady who we got talking to. She realised she had been charged £22. She complained and was given an apology and a free glass of champagne. We discovered when Checking our card receipt back at the hotel (they only accepted cards) we also had been charged £22 each. How many more people have been ripped off in this way?

We got there on our 2 pm booked time and a short wait to get into the shard good toilet facilities and plenty of drinks and food facilities fantastic views across London would 100% recommend this experience to anyone
