The tour started out really well and we enjoyed the information provided through out the trip. We liked the ideal of being able to get on and off at will, but only used that privilage one time. The problem came when one of their drivers did not understand regulations concerning hand caped passengers and their service dog. I was through off the bus because I could not climb the stairs to the upper deck of the bus, when the entire handcape area was wide open. The next bus came by 40 minutes later and we were able to board and return to the start of the ride.

Collection from just across from our hotel was convenient. The transportation took under 30 minutes and was very relaxed. We had to wait for the first group to return in the hospitality lounge, both drinks and snacks were complimentary, and gratefully received. The helicopter flight was our first, and wow, what a way to start! The pilot made us feel at ease and gave excellent commentary throughout. We had a thrill (fright for my wife) with a military plane taking a scenic tour of the bridge and Bay Area, which certainly caught our pilot out! Flew over and under the Golden Gate Bridge, over Alcatraz and hovered approximately over the Bay Bridge to give us a 360° view which was utterly incredible. We returned over the financial district and Oracle Park to the airport for a truly exhilarating flight conclusion. Amazing value!
