Too many people in one group in an already chaotic and crowded environ

Took a while to locate the tour guides - no obvious signs or flags and we had to ask several before finding the right guides. Not much quality to the activities. Too many people in a group meant a lot of waiting around and hard to keep up with the group when there are so many other groups around. The tour guide was good and knowledgeable

Such a great tour! Our guide Martina was AMAZING!! So knowledgeable, funny, showed us all the major items, & we got to sit in the middle of the cathedral! The gondola was short but enough to get the experience (you will be in a 6 person boat). Highly recommend!!

    I enjoyed it smoothly.

I couldn't find the meeting place on Google Maps. Also, I was worried that the clothes of the staff were different from the information.
