The tour itself was great, I’m not too sure what you’re supposed to do in murano, but burano was absolutely beatiful. I felt like we had the right amount of time on each island. My only complaint is the check in process was a little confusing. The location pin on the ticket takes you to the pier and not the stand set up in the square for check in. I followed the map and ended up walking right past the stand and had to backtrack.

The trip itself is good, the glass factory was good and we weren't pressured into buying anything. Once out of the factory and shop you are free to explore Murano and there are plenty of other shops selling glass items, mostly cheaper too, so it's worth looking around before buying anything. We also arrived at the meeting point just before the time specified and then got told we'd need to run about 350m to the boat as it would leave at the meeting time!

Lots of trips for a short time on site but very nice. Murano is nice for the glass demonstration, we didn't have time to visit the island. Burano is beautiful with the colorful houses. We didn't have the opportunity to sit down and have a drink if we wanted to wander the streets.
