What people are saying about Vik

It was a really nice hike. Our guide Suse was able to tell us a lot about the glacier and we had enough time on the ice to discover everything. We didn't find the hike very strenuous, but absolutely doable, and we always paid attention to the entire group. Suse was really great, you can tell that she's really enthusiastic about it. There is only one point deduction for the fact that we still had to drive a bit to the glacier in our private cars. For the price we would have expected an organized shuttle, but in the end it wasn't a problem.

Despite the rainy weather, our guide Lucian made it an interesting hike and showed us so many different features on the glacier. Really enjoyed the small group size. The only feedback I have for Troll Expeditions is to note in the reminder email that bathrooms are not available at the meeting spot.

We had a nice and informative day! Christian was very friendly, attentive, sociable and he spoke German :)! Our wishes were always taken care of, so that we took a lot of nice memories with us! Many thanks and again at any time!

Fabulous experience with an excellent guide who adjusted the pace to suit the group. The enthusiasm of our guide really enhanced this wonderful hike. We felt very safe at all times and would thoroughly recommend this company

Pretty fascinating for us nerdy families with kids who love volcanoes.
