Very organized tour and guide was very helpful. The bus left an arrived on time. Unfortunately our tour of Windsor castle was cancelled since the Queen passed but we appreciate that we were still brought to the castle grounds to walk around and see tributes to the queen.

We had a wonderful trip thanks to Kaiti and her well timed and well pitched enthusiasm for the history and surrounding areas of the canal. Thank you for a superb experience and memorable trip.

The guide was very good He gave us explanations on the way and not just upon arrival He knew a lot and we could understand him although English is not our native language

Despite the rain we had a lovely time. The boat was warm and cosy. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was a lovely way to see Bath.
