Full description

Combine two of Southern Utah's most popular activities of exploring slot canyons and horseback riding on this 1-hour experience. Follow your guide as they take you on a scenic trail and teach you the art of reigning a horse. Meet your guide and begin your tour at the stables. Climb into the saddle and inexperienced riders will receive a brief riding lesson. No need to worry if you are a beginner, this horseback tour is designed to welcome first-timers with well-trained horses. Ride to the mouth of a beautiful slot canyon where you will dismount and walk a short distance into the canyon. Be impressed by the incredible sandstone formation and its towering walls, several hundred feet high on either side. Following your stop, riders will again get in the saddle and ride back to the starting point.

Would HIGHLY recommend this activity! This was my first time riding a horse and our guide made me feel at ease the whole time. They were so encouraging and even told me I was a "natural"! Not to mention all the horses are so well trained and easily follow the guide and directions on the path! Great first experience made me want to ride horse more!

Didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time on a horse in over 20 years. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the horse I rode. His name was Buddy. My wife and daughter were with me and all the horses were incredibly well mannered. The staff was top-notch as well. The hour that you get flies by, but enjoyable as one could hope. Highly recommend

Such a great experience! My boyfriend surprised me with a magical trip to Zion and Horse back riding was one of our amazing activities. I would definitely recommend- it was fun, relaxing, and beautiful scenery! The host was awesome- horses were sweet and trained! Thank you for a great experience.
